The short version

We collect only what you send us through the contact form, we use it only to reply and to send any audit you ask for, and we never sell it or share it for advertising. This site sets no tracking cookies.

What the contact form collects

Your name, email address and business name; your website if you give it; the services you tick; your message; and, for context, the page you came from and whether you arrived from our game. The form also includes a spam check (see Cloudflare Turnstile below).

Why we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you asked for one, to prepare and send your free SEO & AEO audit. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this website, runs Turnstile to keep spam bots out of the form, and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
• Resend delivers your form message to our inbox as an email.
• Google Workspace hosts our mailbox, where your message is stored so we can reply.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details, share them for advertising, or use advertising trackers on this site.

The hosted copies of client sites

The portfolio copies under our Work pages are frozen copies with their forms and payments switched off. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere.

Deleting your details

Email alvin@jewelofthesea.agency and ask us to delete your messages. We'll confirm when it's done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
